Covid entry certificate to enter Colombia

Need to show your completed vaccine card (two shots, or one of Jannsen).  If the last shot was less than 14 days ago, you also need a negative PCR test withinn 72 hours of entry.

A MIG-check form was required for entry to Colombia in 2021.  You may want to check on this.

I have my vaccination status on my phone, will that be ok?

Depending on which airline you are using, they may well inform you of all requirements weeks in advance of your flight.
I have flown both United and American to Colombia in 2021 and both airlines were very clear about requirements to fly to colombia

I returned from London last Wednesday 19 January 2022.

In order to come to Colombia, one needs to fill in the Check - Mig form , which link is attached below.

One also needs probe of vaccination on the telephone or in paper. I would suggest to have it on paper too in case something goes wrong with the internet.
