Help with Nanny employment regulations

Hi everyone. I started working as a nanny about a year ago, and frankly dont underatand the law and regulations! Frankly I dont even know how many days holiday I am supposed to get
I have some specific questions, due to my contract being so vague...
I look after a 8 year old, at my house and provide at least one meal and snacks during the day at my expense. I am paid CHF 15 per hour, and average on 5 - 6 hours per day.

1. How many days holiday do a person get per year?
2. How are holidays calculated, does it include school holidays or not?
3. Do normal rates normally apply if the child sleeps over, or how do you calculate this?
4. When is holiday and sick pay paid out if not used?
5. How many sick days are you entitled to per year?
6. If I am informed at short notice that the boy will come for the afternoon, is that hours lost for me?
7. If he stays an afternoon but has an hour sport during this time, should an hour be deducted?

Any help with especially the laws around holidays and rates will be a great help.
