Hi, if you look at the Swiss web site "Mothering Matters"
which is mmjournal.com/, on the Links page
you can find the yahoo group Expat-Moms-In-Switzerland,
which is well organised and very active. I don't think
there are any groups specifically for Lucerne, though.
