What are the Swiss laws about changing my health insurance company ??

Hi,

Who can direct me to the exact legal text in German  about the Swiss laws about changing my health  insurance company?  Specifically, that the new health insurance company is required to inform my old insurance company about the change.


My new insurance company, KPT, is trying to evade responsibility. I suggest that you avoid them as an insurer.

Good morning, I work as a brooker, I can help you with that issue. Do you currently live in Switzerland?

We worked with dissatisfied insurance companies, including KPT, but we had problems with quite a few clients because they were not happy with them.
