Moving to Toulouse

Hello All,

My name is Don and I will be moving to Toulouse in mid 2027 as a retiree with my wife Joani and Scottish Terrier named Winston. We currently live in the United States in the state of Arizona. We have traveled throughout Europe quite extensively and fell in love with Toulouse while there a year ago.

We are excited about the move and have booked a passage for the three of us on the Queen Mary 2 on July 23, 2027. It is our hope to make the stay a permanent stay with the help of Expat.com.

We look forward to hearing from each of you, especially those already in Toulouse and perhaps even make your acquaintance someday.

Greetings. Read up on the challenges of finding a rental. Buying is less of a problem. Also obtaining a phone number and bank account. They are all interconnected. My dog Harriet is from Arizona. We live here in Toulouse and really enjoy it. I retired here with a pension, on which I pay no taxes here. It makes life more liveable.
