Low cost rental

I have a beautiful property with large gardens close to the Gironde Estuary between Bordeaux and Royan.
I like to travel and l don’t like leaving the property unattended, so l am looking for someone to act as caretaker when l am not there.
I have a renovated cottage on the property which is available on a low cost rental in return for keeping an eye on the place and occasionally cutting the grass with a ride on mower.

Hi

I did get someone who fitted the bill, but they went back to the UK because of Brexit
The situation is still the same if anyone is interested.
It is a country property in its own grounds and the cottage is independent to the house so there is privacy
It is situated between Royan on the Atlantic coast and Bordeaux

but know the Charente very well. I have house sat before . How much would the low rent be while you are away . ? Am

@nickmd is this still live ad? I know Royan to Bordeaux coastal road well. I have friends in Bourg gironde and Blaye and Royan. How far to Royan.Please.
