And besides, IF you really Want to stay-in  - there are a number of opts to get visa=the right of residence. All are much more expensive than a visa-on-default after gradiation but if you want to settle in CZ it is possible.

*non-EU countries i mean in this statement, for EU the question is not even in discussion )) they need not visa at all

According to rules and regulations if you study in Czech university,  school or college more then one year, you not need to apply for work permit or something else. You just swaps you student visa to business or work. Very easy. Please contact us for mo details.
