Filipino Direct Hire by Czech Employer

@forever30 uhm. Good day! I'm a Filipino, but most likely hiring a Filipino is being done by agency process. In which the agency will be the "third party" to process papers and also act as a government-agent under the Philippines law on dispatching expats like me. For me, I would like to get hired directly but in Philippines especially the new law implied that all transactions must undergo under POEA/DMW(Department of Migrant Workers) by means of Agencies. In order to assist the migrant abide Philippine's law of migrant workers.

I can see how hiring directly would be very challenging, given the strict regulations and systems in place to protect migrant workers.

Perhaps the best option would be for the Czech company to partner with a Philippine agency that has an established relationship with a corresponding agency in the Czech Republic. This "double agency" model appears to be what the Philippine rules envision to properly facilitate and oversee the entire placement and employment process from start to finish.

Rather than pursuing direct hire, which will likely not meet legal requirements, I would suggest the company work through the appropriate channels via reputable agencies on both sides. While adding an extra step, it allows both parties to operate fully above board according to the laws of the Philippines aimed at safeguarding migrant worker rights and welfare.

Am a Filipino worker here in Czech and I must say that direct hire/ Name Hire under  POEA ( Philippine Overseas Employment Agency) processing   can be swiftly possible as long as the employer is keen to comply with the process in hiring foreign worker and process all the necessary documents needed at POLO (Philippine Overseas Labor Office) in the Phil Embassy
