. (1) Is the company right saying that they cannot offer her a perm role since she is on a temp residence permit? What is your experience? (2) We are afraid that if she accepts 12 month contract, then she will have “difficulties” with aplying for a residence permit extension by the end of the year (since the immigration office will see that her employment is coming to an end). What do you think?
