Living in Luxembourg, working in Brussels

Hi,
From November 2022 I will live in Luxembourg, however I have a job offer from Belgium. Relatedly, I have some doubts:
1. Can I work remotely from Lux having a contract of employment in Belgium?
2. What about taxes and social welfare contributions?

if you're from Poland, so EU, no problem.
If you're not, then you'll need a work visa to work in Belgium.
