Multilingual birth certificate

Dear All,

Can anyone shed some light on obtaining the multilingual birth certificate (extrait d'acte d'État civil international) with legalization?

I see mon-dossier gives only the French version.

e-mail to Etat civil - Naissances repeatedly directs me to mon-dossier.

You can ask your comune for an "International Format" birth certifate. (L'acte de naissance plurilingue)
