My wife is Romanian Citizen and I am third country national and living in Romania from 2 years with the RP (Permis de Sedere Temp.) with the right to do job.
I can not go outside of Romania without my spouse.
I want to move to Belgium alone bcoz my wife can not go with as she has gov. job in Romania.
Please tell me Can I open a company in Belgium or self bussiness? And on that basis can I go to Belgium alone and get residence permit of Belgium?
Can I open a self emplyed company/bussiness online (from Romania) in Belgium?
Plz experts tell me the ways to move in Belgium.

Online store or any company without physical office needs an assign tax representative (some exception is possible, do check with the best free search engine until now; GOOGLE)

You can open online site from anywhere in the World and sale to anywhere in the World but beware of Tax and stuff of the countries you are operating. But, it does not means you will be allowed to stay in the country you are selling online stuff. A weird thinking, right?

Do a google search "professional card" belgium for self employed or "start up a company" in belgium.

You will see info from Belgian gov and also other supportive site. There are clear procedure of what to do.

Honestly, because I did check the same as you and that will give you the best and most clear info I am sure.

Your case reminds me of an African lady who moved from Spain to Belgium with a valid Spanish resident card, according to EU law you can move to Belgium and stay in Belgium but you are not allowed to work. Your Wife has to accompany you so that you can live and run your business in Belgium. Your Wife is part of the EU so she has all the rights and since you are the patner you will have all the rights too.
