Working in Leoben Austria

Hello,
I am currently in-discussion to relocate Leoben and propose salary bracket is 80k annum.
I believed taxation is 50% thus 40k remaining, which is 3.3k per month.
Will it be tough to survive with a family of 3 since the company is paying the insurance, medical etc.
Also, is it mandatory for the company to give 13&14th salary as well as 5weeks vacation?

Also, my girl is 9yrs and knows english only.
This means i have to enrol her to an international school but i cannot find any in Leoben area. Anyone care to share?

One last question, what is the benefit of getting a PR and how long does it take to process?

Btw, i am a Malaysian.
