Hi

I want to by a new condo in dom rep...
I have 1/2 money the rest need to be taken from a bank... my question is... is it possible to deal with a bank over there? Cause here from canada its not possible...

Welcome to the English forum for the DR. Yes it is possible to get a mortgage but not likely for an expat. There are some banks doing it but you have to jump through a lot of hoops and the interest rate is ridiculous!
