Good morning I bought a property here and need to transfer a large amount of money from Canada to us account I usually use bank but the exchange rate is ridiculous compared to site like WISE or Xe as anyone use any of these or any other transfer

I would use wire from your bank. If its over 10k USA or equivalent some delays and red tape. My thoughts

You need to be aware of amount limits.  Over 10k you will need to document source of funds for money laundering compliance regardless of who you use.
