Update Health Declaration problem

Just did it on my laptop & all OK

OP also might be leaving a VPN connection active.

If the website thinks you are not here in Vietnam, that might explain the need for quarantine facility information.

You are probably choosing option 1 (default) which is only for entry declaration.

Choose option 2 "For domestic guests"



That will open this interface which says (Google Translation):

"Enter phone number for authentication. Enter phone number. Receive the OTP code."



So obviously the government wants you to report using a phone with a Vietnam phone number.

I'm guessing the site has been updated to differentiate between foreign travelers entering the country and foreigners already here.

I did as you said, OB, and filled out the form. The issue for me was, I didn't want to have to re-enter all my information. I had clicked the link for "update the declaration" and that took me to the problem page which had my information filled already but also had the "Quarantine" section. It did not have that before when I clicked to "update"

So I had to re-enter everything. Okay, done. Maybe by next month they will fix this glitch.
