Would prescription likely be needed? It is in the States and probably most countries.
If you currently have a prescription, bring it. Contact the number above for verification as to whether a local doctor's prescription will be necessary.
That said, many medications are available here at local pharmacies without prescription where one would be needed in the US.
And how would one go about obtaining that locally? A small clinic with an English-speaking doctor perhaps?
Yes, at a cost of course. I've purchased, for myself and others, all manner of controlled medications here without a prescription.
There are posts here from 2017 and earlier, mentioning Prorid brand, no prescription, $1-.75/pill.
