Registration of SIM cards.

FindlayMacD

I have just acquired a UK SIM card which bought because there are certain phone apps I want to use that require a UK cellphone number and I'd like to know if I have to register that SIM card here in Philippines.

The UK sim card is very expensive to use here in the Philippines as the roaming fees are high. There is no need to register a foreign sim card. What you can do is to use a phone which has 2 sim card slots. So you can use a local sim card (Globe, Smart, DITO) and your foreign sim Card.

However, I have never heard of an app which requires a sim card of a certain country to work.
