Recommendation for Real Estate Agent in Meda

Hi,
We are looking to relocate 5-6 expats to Medan over the next 6 months and all will require housing.  This will include some junior/single colleagues requiring 1-bed flats and other more senior colleagues with families requiring 3-4 bed villas.
Our project is around 90 minutes drive to the south of Medan Centre so all the accommodation should be to the south side of the city.
Ease of accessibility to the International School is also important.

Can anyone recommend a real estate agent who could help here.  Would ideally like to view some accommodation and understand pricing when I'm in Medan in 2 weeks time
