Hi,
I want to ask about some things,
This is my first post in the forum, so, if there is a mistake please understand,

My name is reza i live in belitung island,

My friend and I plan to build cooperation with foreigners in the pepper plantation sector of 10 hectares,
I want to ask about some things in this forum,
Hopefully someone can answer

1 besides money, what should be prepared by foreigners to start business cooperation in indonesia?

2 Can foreigners build homes, shops, or offices?

3 Can foreigners buy land in Indonesia?

4 Can foreigners buy a business that is already running in Indonesia?

5 is it legal for foreigners to be included in the organizational structure of Indonesian companies?

6 what is needed by foreigners, to stay temporarily in Indonesia, or to move to Indonesia?

Yes, but they have to lease the land, not own it.

3 Can foreigners buy land in Indonesia?

No

6 what is needed by foreigners, to stay temporarily in Indonesia, or to move to Indonesia?

A KITAS or other immigration document and able to meet the requirements to get that visa.

>>> NO ; but long term lease available

4 Can foreigners buy a business that is already running in Indonesia?
>>> NOT Really, but they can become Shareholder.
If not PT PMA status (Modal Asing) impossible to have majority

5 is it legal for foreigners to be included in the organizational structure of Indonesian companies?
>>>> YES ; with Specific position / salary...etc...
with Working Permit to be arranged by employer.

6 what is needed by foreigners, to stay temporarily in Indonesia, or to move to Indonesia?
>>> if Working : WORKING PERMIT
>>> other ways are
- Familly Reunion / SOCIAL VISIT PERMIT
- Retirement RESIDENT PERMIT (not working)

That's about it....
