Did anyone submit a file in the first week of June and receive Annex 46?
Thanks.
@gafarvictoir I think there is a website where you can track "sort of" the status of the file. You need to login using your ID or using itsme.
This link should work: https://login.socialsecurity.be/idp/use … anguage=en
You choose "Citizen" and login your preferred digital key
@Ralph Bou Ghanem
Thank you for advising.

Update - Work permit approved for 2 years on 13 October, got the news today. File now with the Office des Étrangers. My work permit renewal allows me to keep working while waiting for the single permit as long as I get an Annex from the commune once my current SP expires.

i filed my application on 2 August and haven't received anything yet. so disappointing.
@Zoe Run is it a first time application or a renewal?
@Zoe Run sorry for that as I understood from comments, it takes 6-8 weeks for the work permit and 12-16 weeks for the residence permit but was it a renewal or first time application?
@Zoe Run and additionally when did you get the no reply e-mail? They are counting from that time on as I know.
@maharaji1984 hello hope you are doing well. I also see admissable when I track it on the system but I guess it does not mean a work permit. When did you get the work permit exactly and do you know what does admissable mean?

the first time.
@Aycan Gunal Hello Aycan, I hope you are doing well, actually you are right they are taking a long time to finish the process, I got my no-reply email on the 31st of August for first time application and they requested additional information regarding full passport pages photos on the 19th of September..
they didn't start yet to process files that were submitted in August. They are still finishing the ones submitted in July...

-@ostanancy01
how did you know that they have not begun to process applications in Aug?
@Zoe Run it was not me who told this. I just asked when did you received your no reply e-mail. Because after having this e mail you can be sure that your documents are sumbitted. And then you can contact your HR to see If the government find all the documents correct and complete. Because sometimes they are asking some additional documents which are missing on the files. These are just my experience I hope it helps.
@ostanancy01 If you received the no reply e mail in a close day that you submitted your files for the first time, the rest of the process sounds normal to me considering the standart processing time of flanders. The only thing I tried to understand, sometimes we are providing documents but there might be some misunderstandings caused by the employer or 3rd parties. That is why I was asking when did you receive no reply e mail because after that it is easier to understand the procedure.
The best is to stay in contact with HR as much as possible. Because it might be a complicated situation for them as well. In my case my company was working with a third party and that 3rd party did not inform us that gov needs additional documents and we had to apply from the beginning again... because my first application had to be canceled because the company could not provide additional documents in time and the deadline given us was overdue.
For the ones who applies for a renewal I strongly recommend you to check the status from the government page. You can do it yourself by using your itsme account.
But for the ones who applies for the first time, I guess the only and best way is being in touch with their HR because they do not have an itsme app or eID.
These are my experiences only. I hope it helps.
@Aycan Gunal
Thank you for the explanation Aycan, very helpful! i have one more question, do you have any idea how this process goes for a person going to Belgium as a volunteer, not a regular job? it it the same process that you get the work permit then residence permit then annex 46 ? thank you ! My region is Brussels btw not flanders...
