i live in belgim since 2010 i am non european i have permanent resedent card C i work self employed
5 months before my wife and three children under 12 years came in belgium family reunification visa D art 10
now my wife have resedent card A (A certificat d,inscription au regesitre des etrangers sejour temporaire) valid for 1 year
1 month before my health insurence (solidaris)send me letter that you have a 4 dependet. and your income(1800euro net) is low .. so you sign this paper and take BIM status
i want to ask you now we have BIM status
Wouldn't it be a problem to renew my wife's resedent card A because of BIM status?
