Work permit and family visa for Indian Citizen

Hello Freinds,

My Good wishes to you all

I am from India, recently I got a Job in Ankara Turkey, i came hear on 1 month visa, now my visa is going to expire, so i am planning to apply for work permit through my company and also wanted to bring my family to Ankara turkey, just wanted to know

how much time it will take to get the work permit and the process for it and can i bring my family if i get the work permit in Turkey or do i need to make special visa from them.
