Hi Sabahat,
You need to call them on 9200 number. Choose English language, enter your ID number then you'll hear update your details in jawazat or something like that. If not mistaken that will be number (2).
This transaction will costs you (100)SR. After you pay that amount within 24 hours will be updated and you can renew your ID.

You can make the update in Jawazat through call 9200 number for SCE or from your dashboard in SCE portal.
