Have you applied directly for jobs or through an employment agency?

For work here you will need qualifications and work experience. You can look for a job on a tourist visa but cannot work until you get a work permit.

Yes I have applied through online sites, I have done at least 100 applications. I am a graduate in Business and management and I have more than 8 yrs experience as senior Relationship manager in the banking sector.
If ever I come with a visitor Visa,Do you think it will be easy to seek for the work permit if ever I have a job?Or will I have to come back to my country for the work permit Visa?

As far as I can ascertain from the govt website, if you have been offered a job you can remain in NZ whilst work permit is processed.
