Just want to ask question about my vacation leave application

i asked my operation manager to give me a vacation leave for 30 days and he approved it now when i follow up my vacation leave in HR, the HR said that i can only go vacation after 18 months after my last vacation its been 9 months after my last vacation and i asked my operation manager to give me a vacation leave after that because my last vacation was an local vacation and i need this vacation because of some problem in my family in my country and he approved it but theHR told me that i need to finish 18 months after my last vacation now here is my question

Can i still go vacation because my operation manager approved it and the HR will accept it or not even its approved already by my operation manager??

Vacation inside or outside Saudi is the same .... Considered as annual vacation

And in case your contract terms says your vacation must be every 18 months that means you are obligated to follow the contract terms . (check your contract)

Even if your manager approved it ... you are obligated to follow the contract & HR can easily stop you

But still you can go ... just ask for emergency vacation
