Fred,

When you ask them when your RNE (now called CRNM) will be issued, what do they say?

FRED.nyarko.frednew

I will be happy if you educate me about what you are saying please.

You should ask the Federal Police when your  ID Card will be issued.  It used to be called the RNE (Registro Nacional de Estrangeiros); now it's called the CRNM (Carteira do Registro Nacional de Migrantes), but it's the same card.  There was a delay while the name and the regulations were being changed, but that should be over now.

If you come to Florianopolis-SC
You can stay here. the cost is cheap.
I can advise you, so that you can get your RNE
I write: Inles, Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, French and a little German. But I only speak Portuguese and Spanish.
