1) my sister is sick & she is payed from (Christelijke mutualiteit) CM around 980 Euro & she is staying in parents house & she don't have to pay anything..now she need to call her husband from new delhi? please anybody can help with the answer that certain CM payed 980 euro that her husband can get the visa or not!,?

Medical assistance from mutuality cannot be considered as income earned, especially when applying for dependent visa, in my knowledge.
