How to mak the process for my son citizenship plsss help me asap becoz my fiance need someone to care thank u

Perhaps your boyfriend should contact the nearest Portuguese Embassy to find out what paperwork you need.
I am sure the Portuguese immigration authorities have a website which has the process explained.
