Dear all,
I am about to renew the contract with my employer. I am waiting for a grant, however. If I receive it, I may need to quit the job if I want to use that grant. I am wondering, however, if I am subject to any penalty if I resign before the new end date of the contract. At this point of time, I still do not know if I have the grant or not.

I would carefully read through your contract for information about contract termination by either party.

Thank you. In my current contract that's about to end, there is no such a statement regarding resignation or penalty. I think in this case it should be completely dependent on the Belgian law. Does anyone know how the law applies? Thank you.
