HELP with French Assosiation

Hello,

I really need some help in understanding the working of a French association. I am quite far along with my project but I am stuck and can't seem to find the answers I'm looking for.

I understand I need 1 secretary 1 treasurer and 1 president for the assosiation but i don't understand how the decisions are being made and if it is possible to be able to vote the above out of the assosation .

What I am really asking is how am i able to protect the the president, treasurer and secretary and keep control of the association. I have ready something about a council administration but can't find much more.

Please help.
