Post new topic

Dear sir/mam,

I am filipino and a would like to hear advise from all of you. Is it possible to for me to cross country from riyadh to qatar after filing my final exit? Because in my contract stated that i must return to country of origin (Philippines). I have job offer in qatar and my employer already sent me my working visa. I am really worrying because immigration officers in the airport might not allow me thus advice me to go to our country instead. Please need help badly.  Thanks...

After getting final exit from the company, you can go anywhere. Immigration officers don't stop you unless you have pending loans etc.
Have a good time in Qatar!

Kabayan not yet. I will be coming to Qatar this October. I will let you know once I arrived there. Most comments came from my inbox and I have positive answers. I think it's the same way around.

Nowadays you cant go to Qatar from KSA directly, all the border lines are closed. You will have to go to Iran or Pakistan first. Basically you need to  go from a country that still operates flights to Doha, KSA, UAE and BHR are currently not doing that.

Thanks for replying sir. I know the issue of closed borders but still there is a way. Anyway right now I got inbox messages from people advicing me that it is ok to go there from here as long as I have exit visa.  :)

Congrats Kabayan! I was planning the same thing how was the experience? Thank you.

You have working visa, right? Would it be possible if mine is visit visa to the country of destination?

I think you need to read the thread.  But to make it clear, Saudi immigration does NOT care where you are going after final exit as long as you EXIT.  Simple.

They won't even check where you are going.  Only the airlines will and if you have a valid visa for your destination, they will let you board.

Thank you very much for your advise. 😊
