I don't know of any in Linz, as that is not in my area. But if you drop an email to the Vienna Baby Club, I am sure they might be able to tell you.

Check the local catholic church, they always have one- It will probably be called 'Mutter Kind gruppe' - or maybe MUKI for short. If they cant point you to an english speaking one Jida from https://vineyard-linz.church probably can- she used to run one in graz. Most mother baby groups are church related here.
