Where and how to look for jobs?

Hello,
I plan to come in Turkey around October/November and i have the plan to look for a job in childcare/hospitality area. I am 34 years old, i and i have a diploma for tourism technician. Also I have 10 years experience in childcare and 2 years in the restaurant. I spent 2 years in USA like aupair,2 years in Canada like live in caregiver,2 years in a restaurant in Canada like supervisor and ass.manager, now i am in Serbia private tutor and nanny.Looking job in hospitality .childcare and similar position.

Where and how to look for jobs?
I am on karyier and similar websites,but still nothing.
