Cost of Living in Hanoi??

You really haven't done any research about Ha Noi, have you?

Hanoi have no beach. Cost of living in Hanoi higher than othernl city. Also different cost of each locations like downtown or suburban.

If you are dead serious, check out (bad spelling.... Shahanicksville sha ha nicks Ville). Island, $4-69 rooms, party island. Fantastic food. No cars. WiFi (bring your own). Hope it's not too late for you.
