Hanoi have no beach. Cost of living in Hanoi higher than othernl city. Also different cost of each locations like downtown or suburban.

Actually my friend, I do have an answer for you.
But your in the wrong country.
If you are dead serious, check out (bad spelling.... Shahanicksville sha ha nicks Ville). Island, $4-69 rooms, party island. Fantastic food. No cars. WiFi (bring your own). Hope it’s not too late for you.
