Buying a car

Hi! Besides Trade Me and contacting individual buyers - can anyone share how I can go about buying a 2nd hand car - is there a car mart in Auckland?

Do dealerships refurbish and refix second hand cars to resell?

Any one with good advice - do please share. I'm a newbie.

There are any number of used car yards in Auckland. Google search for them.
Dealerships do clean up cars before putting them up for sale.

Thanks - will do that.

Hello,

A friend of mine (French backpacker) is trying to sell her car.
A hold Toyota ipsum (1997, 200000km) with backseat replaced with a bed.
This could be enough for you as a second car ?
That could help her, give me a feedback if you are interested.

Thanks.

Thanks so much but we are looking for a Corolla Hatchback maybe about 3 to 5 years old. Thanks
