Ok I have a large apartment building about an hr out side of Cairo and I want to hire a contractor to finish some floors and redo the others... I am not very familiar with the laws over there and I have been told once a contract is signed for scheduled payments if you miss one or one is short or late you will be jailed and need an attorney. Is this true?
