Looking to come back to Belgium

Post new topic

Hi All

I am currently still living in Pretoria South Africa. I am Belgian born and have lived here for 38 years following immigration to South Africa at the age of 9. I became engulfed into the South African way of living. I have family in Belgium and am really looking to come back permanently with my wife who is South African.

Employment may be an issue? or not?

Welcome anyone's feedback

Hi Bart,

Finding a job would depend on your skills and experience. Also language might make it more difficult but there are a lot of international companies with HQ in Brussels. Since you were born here you should not have issues with visas etc.
I suggest looking at some job websites to see if there is anything in your field.

expatsinbrussels.be/en is a handy guide that might come in handy.

Good luck and just ask if you need more info etc.
