Hello

I'm udesh,from srlanka.i want to apply PR in Australia ,can anybody help me ,can i apply without Agent,Because Agent cost is very high.
My qualification as follows,

B.sc Business Administration (Special) Degree with Second class lower division-English Medium

Institute of Charted Accountancy in Srilanka- Intermediate Level completed.

Member of Certified Professional Managers of Srilanka.

Kindly advise me for the followings in full.

can i get family visa
should i pass IELTS exam
