Got an offer from Indian Based Nigerian company.

I am looking for some information which will help in big way. Please help.

I got an offer from Indian Based Nigerian company for the post of Production manager.

Currently I am working as Sr. Program Manager in one of the top IT firm in Bangalore.

Please throw some light on following points.

1. As I am a family man with a 2 year old kid. Is this a wise decsicion to move to Kona. I am asking this because absolutely i do not have any idea on the law and order in Nigeria.

2. Currently I am getting Rs. 12 Lakhs per annum in Bangalore. What componsation I should be expecting.

3. How good and safe are the education instutes in Kona.

4. If company is taking care of stay and transport what is the compensation i should be expecting.

Any help on this will be gratly appreciated.
