What is a good salary for an IT professional in Nigeria, having more than 15 years of experience?

What kind of IT, S/W development or IT Management professional ? In Nigeria normally net tax free savings are in the range of 2000 to 3000 USD depend on company and the status - family or bachelor and some other factors like location lagos city or remote places... etc.

it is an oracle dba job

current offer is 4250 usd per month, with shared accomodation and commute

it it worth moving there?I have heard it is very dusty,sweaty,dirty,crine prone and insecure,place is lagos

It depends because what you hear is true. still it is not that bad place and again depend on the place where you are working. many companies have better infrastructure also.
