A private or state hospital? If she stays in hospital compound she will probably be safe. Saudi is a Police State which is good for those who behave themselves! If you 'cross the line' (and they set a different line to most countries!) then expect the consequences - long prison sentence, flogging etc. So BE AWARE of local laws and customs etc! Women are 2nd class citizens really. Women cannot drive, must be veiled, and no alcohol; at all, and all religions other than Islam is prohibited.
