Am an egyptian but will move to algeria soon and am planning to visit Paris. So i want to know how can i get the shengen ( visa for france) from algeria and am.egyptian ???

I have another question plz how can i find an appartement for rent and what are the price range in alger ? In a good secured area we can afoord to pay 400$ per months

Thank u ,
But i have another questions please am moving to algeria with my husband he works there , how can i stay with him hiw can i be a resident? To go to him should i apply for a visa for 3 months stay and expand it ? Or what to do in order to stay there for a 1 or 2?
