What did the officials at the town hall say about the time it takes?
If they don't know, maybe you can call the higher court in Freiburg to ask.
Since these things vary widely from place to place, any answer here would not really help you.

they said it's around 3 weeks.
but some of my friends said that it might take a week or 10days depending on the marriage traffic.
what do you think?

Sorry, I am not able to predict the future.
It will take as long as it takes. Patience is a virtue.
