Visiting Makkah Immediately After Hajj

I would like to visit Makkah and perform Umrah on 10/Oct. I believe, the Hajj days are ending on 07/Oct this year , will I be allowed to enter Makkah and perform Umrah on 10th/Oct ( i.e. immediately after Hajj days).
If yes, my father will also join me to Makkah but he is on Visit Visa. Will he also be allowed like me?

How do you plan to arrive? Via plane?/highly improbable. Via car? This is very much up to the police. There's issues right now entering Makkah some are sent back some are not. The best way to get in is to ride with a driver that has a Makkah sticker. doubt that they will clear ways for those wanting to make umrah immediately. I suspect no sooner then a week after? And Allaah knows best
