I recived an offer from Saudi Aramco couple of days ago the package is SG 11
i have few question below:-
i was interviewed for I.e XXX position but i was offered ZZZ. when i ask them question i got a reply that ( hiring department have confirmed that they would like to hire you as a ZZZ)
i am offered a job 5/2 where i have to spend 5 days in Tanajeb and 2 days with my family in Dhahran towers...how long this 5/2 schedule will go on...would be it continuous job schedule of it can change sometime.
What is the policy of Aramco to relocate their employees from one location to another,nationally or internationally
In Aramco is there any grade improvement as i am going on grade 11 how long it could take to bring me on GR 12 or 13.
Would it be possible if i can use my own transport from Dhahran to Tanajeb daily basic or twice a day as i am much worried about my wife as she will be alone and get bored etc.
some best advise required

Simple, buy food and all necessary things for your wife that is good for two days or 5 days.
Then confirm to your direct superior regarding this issue. Just like that.
