Any Idea on the topic; some place that can fit into your scheduled if you have a day Job preferably offers weekend classes and actually worth your time ?
mostly the challenges so far; no male admissions no weekend-only programs and some are a very novice and don't even have structured programs

Do you want this for yourself, or do you plan on changing your career? Either way, there is hardly anything professional here. And if you want a new career, then go study at the Le Cordon Bleu in London, it is just one year.

A career change sounds interesting !
Its actually a hobby, not sure if i would be capable of developing this into a business.
