Hi All,

i am here in my home country yet.and now company (LANDMARK GROUP) say MY RE-EXIT HAS CANCELLED SINCE VALID FOR 3 MONTHS...
1) what dose it mean?
and they say i got to pay a penalty to validate and i got to pay SAR 1300
2) Please advice me on this urgent .i have received my ticket next week to fly

Your re-entry visa is only valid for a few days. I am guessing this was a single exit re-entry visa in which case you cannot re enter after exceeding 90 days from exit.

Because each Exit Re-entry visa has a duration specified during which you HAVE to come back. If you don't, your KSA visa gets cancelled automatically.

What your company is doing is just offering you a chance to come back (if you like).
