I'm sure someone knows or that it is posted somewhere on the threads eleswhere, so please forgive me if this is a repeat question & direct me accordingly

My question is related to the Maltese law changes of 2000 & 2007 with respect to citizenship by descent

Is this possible for grandchildren of a Maltese born Grandfather?

If so what is all involved to go through the process and the costs involved

I live in Toronto
